Thumbs up Just got my B20A back from the machine shop

Well, after a long time waiting to get it done... it finally came back.

I don't have the "in progress" pictures but they will come soon I hope.

I took the liberty to take some pictures while installing the accessories on the B20A (alternator, belts and some gaskets)

Before anyone asks, here are the specs on the engine:

    Engine: B20A
Fully rebuilt with new seals/gaskets all around
Integra Type-R Pistons remachined to fit the B20A rods
    11:1 compression ratio
    11 lb lightened B20A5 flywheel
    Complete performance Port & Polish
    CNC remachined valve seats
    Polished connecting rods
    Fully rebalanced and polished crankshaft
    Colt cams high performance camshafts
    Custom aluminium adjustable camgears
Accell high performance spark plug wires.

    Here's the beast

You can clearly see the camgears

The port job. It looks a little rough there but the picture only magnified the details... it feels really smooth.

You can see the colt cams in there

    That's it!

    More to come soon.

Nice! But what are those white foam-like objects that is stuck between your valve and valve guide?

that white foam is probably some assembly lube. nice engine carotman. how much is the total costs so far? how much hp do you think it would be pushing now? that truly is a nice engine. i'm assuming it's bulletproof now. keep us updated on how she runs.

Yeah the "foam" is assembly lube. The picture has magnified the details quite a bit

The guy at the machine shop absolutely wants me to dyno tune it He expects to get around 165hp at the wheels hich is not too bad.... some H22A don't even make that kind of power.
