i hope you know what you are doing. the intake manifold is from B series motors. you will have to modify unless K-mod will do it for you. you will have to figure out about few emission controls that you to keep your car running.
so do a research before you jump on something you don't know about.

no you have to redrill some holes and port match the head. He might have allready redrilled the holes, but you still have to get the head port matched.

I just installed a b16 manifold on my car last week and the manifold did bolt on by drilling a few new holes. You also need a b16 fuel rail. There was a lot of re-arranging of the coolant lines. I also had to tap a few new vaccum lines into the b16 manifold and the a20 tps did not fit the b16 throttle body I had to get some welding done on it. The a20 throttle cable also didn't fit the b16 manifold and I had to get a bracket welded on. I also had to port match the head to the manifold. Your intake will also sit in a different spot. I used a aem fuel rail on mine and I had to make a new fuel line and tap out fuel rail to fit a a20 pressure regualtor. It turned out to be a little more time consuming than I thought but when it was done it looked great and the car runs really good. Too bad the next day after it was done I bought a mr2 and now I'm getting rid of my accord and taking off all the go fast parts. So you will soon see my b16 manifold/fuel rail on e-bay.

I used a stock b16 intakemanifold/throttle body and the head needed a little porting to line up perfectly. I'll actually try to put some pics up, it looks pretty nice.

The funny thing is the car seems to pull better in the low end and midrange. It's feels much quicker at 4000rpm but about the same past 5500rpm. I thought it would be the opposite since I also ported the head a lot. I think the problem is I still have a stock exhaust. I was going to mess around with my cam timing on the dyno but I'm in the process of taking it all apart now so it doesn't matter. I sold my cam yesterday and I'm putting my cam gear on e-bay tommorrow followed by this manifold. It sucks I never dyno'd it since I have a baseline to go by, oh well.
