hey, i was looking at an exhaust manifold on ebay, and it said that it would fit 86-87 FI accords and 85-86 FI preludes. is this right? i didn't know that any other headers fit our cars. if so, do the headers from those cars fit our's?

yes they do fit
yup I have a dc header for an 87 prelude SI
83-89 accord and prelude exhaust headers are swapable. give or take a few extra holes for egr and what not.

pacesetter cat back w/Magnaflow muffler
lightspeed header
ngk iridium plugs
Pacesetter short shifter
94' integra coilovers
k&n oil filter
just to make sure i have this right:
every accord exhaust manifold from 83-89 will work on my 87 LX-i
and every prelude exhaust manifold from which years will work too? (as long as i can close up the extra holes)

you can only use 86-87 prelude and 86-89 accord manifolds.
88-89 prelude had diff manifolds.
