hey, i'm having some trouble with my fuel pump relay not staying on when i try to start the car. i resoldiered it this spring, but it isn't working again. i was wondering if its possible for me to use a switch instead of the relay. i was thinking about putting the switch on the dash or something, and turning it on when i turn on the ignition. i think this setup would not only look cool, but it would get rid of my problem too. are there any reasons i shouldn't do this? which wires do i need to use the switch on? i believe they are color coded, but does anyone know which ones i need to connect? thanks
