i just changed the plugs on my 88 honda accord lxi 4 door and the car started twice now it wont even attempt to start could that be the spark plugs or is it the battery.

As stated in this thread, it might be a gapping problem?
check all the fuses under the dash and under the hood. make sure the main fuse it OK.
