PGMFI light, code 7, TPS

Looking for help with my code7. Car starts up, no light. After accelerating to about 5000 or so, the check engine light comes on with TPS code. I changed the TPS already to a new one I pulled from a Prelude 2.0.

What would this be, and what procedure for any adjustments to TPS sensor(on my TA, I have to set the TPS to .54 volts, how does Honda TPS adjust?) Thanks,

At no throttle, it should be about .45 volts. At WOT, it should be around 4.5 volts.
