    No!!

There is a clear coat on most wheels, I would try stripping the old clear, polishing the bare aluminum, and then re applying clear. I think those look better with the aluminum look, not painted.

yes huh accordep, the look like fat fives! yea bro, i have the same color car as you, and i thin black rims wont look good at all. Keep em aluminum. If you want a different look then paint the center caps or somthing.

Naah, Shine 'em up and clear em.

I must ask the same about my wheels. I think they would look good in black as well as go with the black/blue scheme that I am working on.

    My collection: Stay tuned! (04/02/2009)

my guess....on my black on blue car ^^.

The rims he has are Del Sol Rims which are pratically fat fives in 14inch form.

lol, i have fat fives on my accord I think i should know if he has the same rims as me. He has Del Sol Rims on his car, and they are 14inch rims and LOOK similar to the fat fives. Their honda centercaps are much larger than the ones on the "fat fives" The "fat fives" have exposed lugnuts while the del sol version has unexposed.

as for painting your wheels black...try painting only the inner part and keep the outer rim polished. It will look much cleaner than your rim all black because you have a black car. I think a little more contrast will improve your car's look.

noooooo! dont do that man. i'd say leave them pretty rims untouched. that would totally ruin their good looks. although, gold would be a good color on em. but thats a no go on the black.

this is what you do, dont clean your wheels for a good month, make sure you drive like a maniac and brake as hard as you can on ever stop. After the month is over, you should have alot of brake dust on your rims, making them look black, or a dark grey. If you like the color, simply clean and then spray paint.

    IM JOKING, DONT DO IT!!!
i still agree with ct, thiose are phat fives no matter what anyone else says!!!

yeah they are actually integra option wheels (same as del slow si wheels in one particular year or so) not fat fives... I was thinking about painting them gunmetal or black and leaving the lip polished. I used to have gold rims and i liked the gold color, it made the black look darker/deeper
