it is all BS. if you want real power, get yourself reap parts like camshaft, full exhaust, CAI and more.
P.S. do the search before you post. we had this questions asked very time. so do the search.
Alex.
That is BS. I agree with Alex, if you want real power get real parts, not a 12 cent resisotor.
You should read through the seller's eBay feedback.
"this guy sent 2 me some fake shit it's just a little resistor "
"What chip? Its one little resistor. "
"very dissapointed just a resistor Doesn't work worth SH*T DONT BUY! "
"horsepower chip does not work. it's a regular resister "
"crock of shit the 45 cent resistor is....learned my lesson....LOL "
"thing costs .30 cents at radio shack, shipped with 37 cent stamp"
"just a resistor...very cheap at hardware store...this is a rip-off "

i got my custom intake for 50. bought an apc civic short ram kit , cut the pipe a little, drilled a few holes and Vwalah! Ive seen those chips up to 30-40 bucks. just get a new intake for cheap, and get a weapon r filter when the apc one gets bad.
I still think those things are hilarious. It reminds me of snake oil salesmen...
