Today I thought I would play around and I removed my PS belt to disable my PS system, I deffently felt the difference when I had to turn going under 5mph, it could be in my head but im pretty sure I felt a performance gain, it just seems like it has more get up and go. A plus is that I will soon get stronger from turning the wheel lol.

i don't think there's an engine performance gain that makes it worth the removal, but you do gain a lot of road feel and feedback that gets lost with power steering
yup, pretty much, no power gain if any, but the road does feel nicer. it's not a workout or anything. i drive around the inter city alot so i like me some power steering.
