caliber paint

i heard that when you have to change your brake pads you need to clamp your calibers because of too much depression in the hydraulic fliud. i wanted to paint my calibers soon and needed to know if i need to buy anything like clamps besides what i need to take them off and paint. i dont want to mess up my brakes.

shouldn't be a problem if u don't touch the pistons..might need abit muscle to put the caliper back on...if u really want to be safe..then go get a c-clamp..or anything big enough to push the piston back down (something that clamps)
