LOL, stupid cali. you need to find low DB muffler. most likely the one you have will fail. get yourself low DB muffler or add silenster before you go for DB test. this way they can test it and if it turns out you had lower DB than normal you won't have to pay ticket.

I'm gonna get it tested both ways, w/ and w/o my silencer, but even though, I think it will pass because I have a big resonator on there as well. I still need to find a shop that can measure it for me. Anyone know of one?

Check with a good quality car audio shop... they should have a db meter or you can buy one at radio shack.
