will any b-series manifold work or just a b16a?

i have access to a b18a1 manifold... get it? any gains from using a STOCK b18a1 intake?

EDIT: in-other-words are all b-series heads the same bore?

B18A1 will work. Its not the same as a B16A but it is in the right areas to be modified to fit the A20A.
