there is a sticky on engine swaps. I would recomened a full built turbo set up. No more carb. I would personally do a c1 swap if i could do it for 3 grand canadian all said and done.

It sounds like you already decided on the B18c, but if you're going to wait...
I say wait a month or two and read whats available on this forum.

Welcome... nice to have another alberta member.... If youre going to do the b-series swap, i would reccomend getting the PlaceRacing mounts, axles, and wiring harnes.. etc.. It will make your life a lot easier, because then you won't need to do any custom work. Keep us updated on your project.

ya..thanks......can i get a link for the PlaceRacing stuff just to take a look at what they have....ya i want it street legal....i think im gonna go with the swap....even though for probably equal $ i could turbo the A20....im trying to make it a sleeper....and i think that would definitely qualify..so if it costs me around $3k to 3500 to get a reliable b18 in a 3g accord 4 door..then i think its worth it...another question.....can anyone tell me what they have done or reccomend doing for lightening....i've already taken out the carpet and a few unnecessary interior things..but is there anything else i can rip out ?? Basically im just running out of stuff to do while im waiting for the motor..lol

all you have to to is find a pic with 100 x 100 pixle dimensions and it has to be low resolution to be a small enough file size... then go to user cp, and look for change avatar... upload a new pic... and you're done.

edit I gave you a cat pic i had...
