Just wondering what the softest coilovers out there are for our cars. I'd go with springs, but I don't wanna have to swap back and forth for the winter.

as far as i know the sofest coilovers for our car are ground control coiolvers, which you still need konis or revalved bilsteins to run on properly i am currently thinking about using coilovers but not 100% sure yet

Like mentioned, seems like the H&R are the softest coilovers u can possibly get. There might be some more, but i doubt the quality is upto standard. if i was you, i would just get some springs and shox cause ur left with just TOkikos , kyb and expensive Blisteins for ur option. unless u manage to hunt down some new or used Konis.
