The engine bay will match the outside no matter what because i want to show the car later on. And it wont be going to Nopi for sure as it will be pushing it with tuning and setup and all that garbage. I got a new set of Nitto NT-555's on the front to burn up and have some fun with but im not sure whats going on it and im getting new wheels so i will have to find a decent tire.

As for the pillar pod its a 88-91 CRX from Nopi and it wasnt cheap but it fits great. I had to trim the top and the bottom part which is next to the dash and not visible at all. It was worth the extra money for a decent pod as it fit good and the gauges go all the way in and looks clean. The only other modification i did was put 2 screws in the middle to keep it nice and tight.

Mike/Matt will get his run when the time comes. Im glad im almost done with this part of the car as it was the most expensive part so the rest should be much easier. And Mike i plan to keep it for a long long time so hopefully it will inspire other people to do stuff like you and Justin did when i first started all this.

I did get bad news from Fidanza today about the flywheel taking another week or two which is crap. But i want it on the car so i have no choice but to wait. So once the car is setup and broken in im planning on taken a trip to the track and dyno to see how well it does.

The intercooler is well hidden... perfect sleeper.

Will it have a loud exhaust?

Its still visible but im sure it will be unexpected but there is no hiding the sound of the BOV unless im at a light. The exhaust for now will be my old dual tip 2.5" which was not very loud considering. It had a nice tone and was perfect in my opinion but i have 2.5 inch piping all the way back now with a high flow cat which is basically a test pipe so it may sound different. After im going to try to find a nice single tip muffler and run 3 inch all the way back in stainless steel mandrell bent tubing.

Hows your B20A Carot? Im dying to get mine going as it has been long awaited as was your project.

YEAH! I used to own a 3rd gen Accord, Now I have the 3rd gen Prelude with the B20A5. I love this motor! I have 2.25 cat back, AEM Intake, reprogrammed ECU and I am looking to the JDM motor of the B20A5 wich is the B20A. I am going to drop a turbo on it. My friend is building a JDM B20A bottom with the bottom end of an Sir2 Civic head and I think that he is dropping the t3 t4 hybrid on it. It is going to take some time for it all to be done because he goes to school also.

Well i hate to tell you that the B16 head will not fit the b20 without some serious machine work. It was done in the past and was a complete waste of time according to Tom@ludespeed. I think a good turbo setup is fine and there is no need for a vtec head. You can use Integra LS cams and get custom made valve's from Ferrea. The accord B20A is not the same as the prelude b20 except the 2nd gen prelude. But for your sake that is good because the prelude b20 is much easier to find.

Finally got the B20A back! (lots of pics)

Well i finally got my engine back after 2 months and a few problems. But i can finally start assembling it and drop it in the car when i find some time in my tight schedule. I had to use my custom cometic copper headgasket as a last resort and the o-ring process was a pain in the ass. Then when the machinist went to turn it over for the first time he didnt check for head bolt clearance (my ARP ones) and snapped my crower intake cam. So he got the new cam and turned it over and the timing belt would walk off. Turned out to be a combination of the cams being a tad longer and the F22 cam gears being slightly different offset. But i put the stock cams in for the time being and will get it running with them and after i get the crower cams modified i will put them back in.

I decided to have it painted gunmetal instead of the aluminum because i liked it better. So hopefully i can get it fully assembled and in the car over the next few weeks. And all i need is a little more money to get the AEM EMS and im done other than tuning/dyno time. Here is the parts list of what went into this money pit:

Im glad i went the extra mile but it didnt come without headaches as im sure you know from doing your swap. But overall i was shocked that i was able to get some of these parts and most didnt need any modification at all. The best piece i got that fit perfect was the quaife differential because i thought for sure the axle splines would be different or the ring gear fitment but it was a perfect fit. So hopefully i can dig up some money over the next few weeks so i can get the ems and get this thing running finally after over a year of building.
