    Prelude arms not quite right?

So i put on the prelude arms per the HOW TO.

I think my spindle might be bent(im going to see if i can yank a new one off tomorrow), but, it seems like the ball joint part of the prelude arms is angled down to much, so when you try to stick it into the spindle you have to cock the ball joint to one side. Like one side of the boot is streched, while the other is like curved over its so down.

I'll have pics tomorrow, but should it be like this, because i couldnt get it to sit straight because as you can see :

The bottom part of it is bent down so when you try to stick it in the hole you have to move it to one side for it to seat inside the hole right.

    Is this right?

I put my lude arms in a short while ago ... and never had any problems with getting the BJs seated. Here are a few pics... where are you having the problem?

Remember, you are inserting the ball joint stud into its hole while the car is raised. You will need to reposition the stud slightly so it enters the hole correctly. Once you lower the car it should become pretty close to level on all sides. Also, don't forget to but some grease on the area around the hole so the boots don't get torn up.

Makes sense, and thats what i was thinking, but i was just making sure.

So yeah, now i get the task of going to my pull a part and sticking like a 3 foot pipe on the end of a 18" breaker bar and try to rip that axle nut off. Then grab the spindle.

The axle just slips out of the spindle bearing assembly right? Then ill take the spindle/hub assembly and get the race and bearing from my car pressed in there. Sound good?

Get new races and bearings. I wouldn't reuse bearings under any circumstances even if they are almost new or never had any problems. Other than that, you are on the right track.
