my rpm drops pretty low about 200 rpms, and it shakes the shit out of me,
Mine shakes, too, but I pop it into neutral and it stops. I've never seen it go as low as 200, though. I'm idling at 600 RPM in gear and 800 RPM out.

is there a way of adjusting the idle on the EFIs?
Yepp, there is a idle adjusting screw on the intake manifold, according to my haynes manual, lol ACCORDing.... iam stupid
