    Question about the vacums in the stock intake manifold

    hey people im swapping my stock intake manifold with an acura ls one.my question is all the vacuum lines that the stock manifold have what do i do with them because the acura manifold only have 2 port for vacuums ant the other has like 4 or 5.should i put the important ones and the others eliminate them?

    the whole intake manifold... don't say acura... give us the motor so we will know where the manifold came from.

    Looks good, did you do all the grinding and cutting yourself to make it fit??? Well, what you can do and this is what I did to my b16 mani. is drill two holes, just big enough for those little tubes to fit in, in the little pop-out plate where your arrow is pointing...

    the only thing i do was drill two holes a little lower from the stock mani.

    My bad, I didn't explain it clear enough.... What I mean is, see the little metal tubes that stick out of the stock mani., in the first pic where you have the arrow pointing, well those little tubes will twist out, using a pair of pliers but be very carefull not to squeeze too hard or you'll damage them.... Once you take out as many as you can, they will be used to fill in each one of the holes that you drilled in your b18 mani... Now make sure that you only drill into the little round pop-out plate on the end of your b18 mani. because if you make a mistake all you have to do is just pop out the plate, replace it and start again.... Holla if you have anymore questions....
