    Question dummy oil light.....

what would be the main reason why my oil light would be flickering at 1100 RPM then at 1200 she don't do nuttin......i checked the oil it was fine.....but that dam light is blinkin at a low idle and nothing at a higher idle.....would it be the wire to my oil pressure sensor......cause my car does have a heavy shake to it since my top engine mount is toast.....could it be a short somewhere in the electrical.......pump, something bad; or just a simple wire shortage or fuse

yeah it was the sender....i gess if there is no oil going throught the oil filter that sender will come on to the dash light cause when i played with the sender just now it was loose and i could see my oil light flickering and then moved the sendsor one way and the light went out and move it back off the tip and it came on......funny how simple problems get you so worried bout something big....dam i love this board.....
