dumb question. You can put whatever size you feel like in your car.........and it doesnt matter if you have a DX, LX, EX, SX, XX, gas, propane, diesel, flux capacitor. speakers are totally separate from the vehicle in that it doesnt matter what the car is.

gas, propane, diesel, flux capacitor? Dang NXRacer What kind of system do YOU have.. lol.. phenox: I have 6.5 MB Quarts and 2 12' fosgate subs.. the 6.5's I had to file the speaker holders down so the speakers would fit.. It is all in how much you wanna make something fit as apposed to what will fit.. Goodluck..

I'd say components in the doors, 6.5 midranged in the rear deck along with 2 6x9 in the rear deck, 1 6x9 in the rear seat where the arm rest folds out. Have a 15" in the spare tire space, and 3 12" in a custom box, where they surround the flush mounted sub; oh yea and mabybe a sub behind each front seat, I love the way the feel.

that's good for loud, but it totally kills the sound stage.

wow, seems like you these guys are mean and shit. well yah... relatively speakin, you can have any size speaker, it's whether you're not lazy enuff to do all the man work with mounting and customing. you can go 6.5 for fronts as long as mounting depth is around 1.5-2 inches. and for the backs you can also go 6.5 too, don't kno bout 6 x 9. but yah use the search it helps.

i am preey sure you can put 4 6x9s in the rear deck, i mean, i have 4 6.5" in there as it is, and soon getting two of those out of there and getting 6x9s. Id imagine you wouldent beable to do too much with the fronts but it wouldn never hurt to try some stuff. Subs, shit you could go on forever thinking of where to put them. Same thing with the tweeters.
