    PIONEER Vs INFINITY

I AM GOING TO BUY 2 NEW 6 1/2 FOR THE AYCORD....I DON'T KNOW WHICH ONES TO BUY!!! EITHER SOME PIO'S OR SOME KAPPAS....THEY ARE CURRENTLY 200WATTS 3WAY SONY XPLODS. SO I WANT THEM TO BE EITHER THE SAME WATTAGE OR HIGHER. THE SPEAKER BY THE DRIVER SIDE IS NOT WORKING PROPERLY ( TWEETER IS OUT ) . I HAD AN ACCIDENT A FEW MONTHS BACK AND THE WHOLE LEFT SIDE OF THE CAR FACKED UP!! ( ELECTRICALLY WISE ) HEADLIGHTS, TURN SIGNAL, BACK LAMP, ETC WAS OUT...( POT HOLE ).. ALSO I PLAN TO ADD TWO SUBS AND I DON'T KNOW WHICH AMPS TO BUY!!! I WAS THINKING OF EITHER SOME FOSGATES, ALPINE, ETC... HELP PLEASE... I WANT SOME GOOD AMPS...

    :super:

Given the choice between infinity and pioneer I would choose the infinity every time.
I just replaced my door speakers and got alpine components as he did me a real good deal on them with my new headunit.

Well, I haven't heard anything but good comments on the infinitys but pioneer is also a good brand. If it was me, between the two choices, I would go with Infinity.

    peace out

infinity or pioneer... DUH... just go fer the infinity kappas dude... the pioneers (with the exception of the new REV series) are a HELL of a lot better

if you wanted to go with the pioneer REVs, them maybe then go with the pioneer... thye look closely matched there...

Don't go for speakers with a higher wattage rating unless you have the amp to power them. Your amp should always be putting out what the speaker can handle or a little higher so that you don't get clipping. The speakers will sound the best that way also.

Infinitys are awesome, but pioneer stuff is ok, but id def take the Infinitys over the pioneers. I think the best stuff pioneer makes is their head units, and I wasnt crazy over their subs... just my 2cents
