I seen some stuff at Wal-Mart that could make them bumpers look better. It is some kind of bumper paint for plastic. You might have to sand them down first, I would. That fender isn't worth messing with unless you're good at body work, just get a new one. The rear tail lights look cool.

p.s. get some engine degreaser and hit the car wash to pressure wash the engine.
