For you guys with coilovers, is it possible to use the factory dustboots with no problems of interference with the treaded collar? Thanks.

i had to ditch mine! its not a big deal NOT to have them
I havent forgotten my roots
the dust boot will be higher up than the threads.. so no need to worry about it hitting them.. only possible prob will be them being crooked and hitting/clanking on the spring. what I did was cut mine almost half way. Now i'm straight.
Peace.
In the rear you can use the stock dustboot because it is an "accordian" style. The fronts are metal and will make noise and depending how low you are they will hit the collar. I ditched my fronts and bought 2 rear style dustboots for the front.

i painted my front boots baby blue to match the tokicos, they look hot. they shouldn't rattle if they're tightened down enough. then again i have h&r's, not coilovers
