I just picked up a set for my B20A but i personally would not bother unless your running higher levels of boost. I think mine were about $8 each and i would not use them otherwise.
Your not going to gain HP just by using Iridium. You will however gain long life span from your plugs.

i remember someone saying something about them working well with high output ignitions (msd, etc.). but yeah, they're hard to gap without breaking.
