Dude, I'm pretty sure the altima has a 5bolt pattern. If it does the only way to get those on the 3g involves alot of work, time and money. The rims have to have a 4bolt pattern (4x100mm) with a 40-45mm offset. Anything else will not work!

Sorry, those rims won't fit your car because Altima rims are 4X114.....
