ok, right now i have the splitfire spark plugs with the factory gap, and i have a weird hesitation problem which i think is the plugs. anyone ever experience this? could it be that my car doesnt like the plugs? i should get NGK V-power? or maby i should gap the plugs a little since i do have a accel coil. ?????

i don't know, but i have the same problem. i changed the plugs before, but it didn't do anything. i had the same problem on my old car (87 integra) and it turned out to be the distributor. are you talking about hesitation only some of the time, and when you hold the gas during the hesitation, it will eventually get a surge to regular power?
Check your igniter which is on the distributor....
I have the same problem and once i get the stripped screw out i can tell if it is it...
someone posted this last week and they fixed it with a new igniter...they said it worked a miracle on there car ..i sure hope it does..
there not cheap though so try it first mabye with one from the wreckers...

first i would suggest to regap it to at least .05 i have .055 right now.
