So yes, alternator is dying.
if you have big amps in your car just putt the cap that should fix it.
replacing alternaor sometimes doesn't work.

This is perfectly normal. When the car is idling at 700rpm, the alternator will output less voltage (around 13.xx volts) than when it's turning at an higher speed. The alternator will only be able to output it's full voltage (around 14.xx volts) when above around 1200rpm. The difference will be more noticeable if you put a greater load on the electric circuit of the car. However, if you notice that difference when the engine is running above 1500rpm, it means the your alternator is dying.
