What to expect

I am doing an engine swap (same engines) in my 88 accord LXi (mine has bad rod bearings). I was considering installing a set of pacesetter headers while I had the engine out. What can I expect for performance differences? anyone?

few HP... it's a good upgrade, since those seem to be the only headers out there that aren't really expensive... i know on a car with the pacesetter cat-back and headers, it seemed to rev up faster than a stock car, so it did do something in the way of letting it breathe better...

IMO, go for it

you won't really see the power gain untill the upper RPM range. but the major gain will be in MPG.
