    intro,motor build, pics

whatsup guys, just thought id introduce myself and car since ive finally gotten registered so i could post. heard about the site from all the guys on preludepower and noticed there seems to be quite a vast source of information here. I own both an '86 and '85 Prelude DX (carborated). Love them both to death and quite enjoy working on them. anyways this is the preferred...

i have purchased a brand new set of Weber DCOE 45's w/ custom intake mani to get some power under the hood. I have the ET2 block (1.8L) that will be bored out to a 2.0L (A20). Machinist will also be doing a 6 angle valve grind on the head to mazimize air-flow. He's also gonna be responsible for tuning it and getting the jets setup correctly because he doesn't wanna see me screw anything up :alc:

sooooo, with that being said i would like a few more opinions on parts.

Power Sealed Pistons...anyone used them? opinions?

Fuel Pump...what would you recommend? make & part # would be nice for relatives (christmas presents )

Throttle Linkage...anyone built there own setup? Thoughts / Ideas?

i have 2 ludes - the "prefered one" & "the bomb" (winter beater)

and yes, '83-'87 Prelude are just about the same as '86-'89 accord. (2nd gen lude & 3rd gen accord)

Yep we know those preludes use many of the same parts as the 3rd gen accord.

    Nice preludes.

i always did kinda like those 2nd gen preludes. my favorite ones were the 3rd gen ones. anyway, nice ones pictured. and if i'm not mistaken those didnt have B18's like i guess one guy was asking. single cam 1.8 though.
