    Question quick question

    don't know if this has been asked before, but does anyone know if the type r engine would fit in our cars because if it does i am going to get it and swap it in. i am so tired of going slow

    You mean the B18C? If so, yes it will with the right mounts.

    You can do anything with the right amount of $$
    But the b18 would definetly be the sheeit !

    Which type R engine are you talking about you got ITR, CTR, and ATR.

    ITR=B18C5
    CTR=B16B
    ATR=H22A
    87 4dr LX "It was FREE"
    91 CRX Si it was only $500 hehe

    i was talking about the b18c5 i really want this swap and think it would make a big difference on whether i keep my car or not

    yeah i have it but i don't know if it is worth it i might just get another car

    It's only worth it if you plan to keep the car.

    You will not make any profit by selling a a 3rd gen with a type-R engine.

    a 93 z34 that's getting parted out, an 86 accord lx that now lives in a j/y, and a 90 camry le that the state no longer allows me to drive. soon to be replaced with an aprilia rs50 or a derbi gpr.

    You can always take out the motor when you sell the car. I'm sure you'd have no problems selling the motor and someone on here might want the mounts, harnesses, etc to swap a b series in.

    true but like you said it really wouldn't be worth it because i won't make any profit i already put more money into the car then it is worth. so maybe just leaving it how it is and then later on just get the real type r might be a better idea. thankx for the suggestions
