I tend to agree with that statement. It doesn't fall into the K.I.S.S. catagory.

Plans have changed....The car is gone & im on to a new project....Nissan Maxima & 240sx/S13 Silvia....But the modders of the 3rd Gens still have my props. Not to many other cars take tha drive to do like a 3rd Gen

The front of that new "thing" reminds me of a dodge truck. I think we should dub that the "cram air" modle civic.

I agree, I don't like to advertise whats on my ride or under the hood, I know whats in my car and I don't want others to...I wish to let others guess as I pass them by in a streak of brown(color of my car).

That's why I like the term "sleeper."

I don't want to knock people who do that(put stickers on and stuff), but to each his/her own.

Speaking of Civics, and friend of mine who helped me with a motor swap this past weekend, has a silver civic with an H22 in it, wish I had pics, cuz you wouldn't know it cuz he doesn't advertise what in his ride, again I refer back to the term, "sleeper?"

i like the sleeper look.... but i also like the wild and crazy look too.... only thing i dont like is total overkill....... if i had a civic.. .there is NO way i would put euro taillights on it.... WAY to many people have euros.... id roll the JDM half red half clear... i wish taillights were made for our cars...., if i get a chance.. im gonna try to make some half red half clears outa mine.

i'm all about paul's aerodeck concept, with the s2000 tails, and sweet bodykit.

hell, not to mention he has the body style many of us wish we had, an AERODECK.

one thing that you have to remember is that a lot of these guys get sponsored.... free tires if you put Yokohoma on a 6x18 inch decal on your door... or disocunted parts if you put a 3x8in decal of our suppy shop on your hood.... come on how do you think most of these guys get these high quality performance parts....? Sure a lot of them do it the old fasion way but would you rather have your dream car w/ decals or your normal car that's clean??? I guess it's to each his/her own.....

I guess if someone were to sponsor me, I probably would put decals on my car, but since that ain't happening, I ain't.

Hell yeah man. Those are very clean and smooth. Nothing drastic like those damn aluminum spoilers and stickers all over them.
