Exclamation Carb Work In Progress, (56k)

ok, well i'm workin on the old 3gee. looked like it would make some nice pix. so i decided to try my new camera out. looks like i got the shots just right. it really is worth it to use a tripod, especially with such a slow shutter speed. i tried it with out the tripod and it was fuzzy. well, here's the pix i took before i really started, all i had off was the air cleaner. cant say that now though.

not the logo visible. you cant see the 3geez sticker in the pix. well, sorta in the last 2 pix. here's a pic of what the 3geez logo looks like. i made it myself, not on the computer though, i had to cut it out by hand.

I seen you in carb. tech your re-building your carburetor or one you got at a junk yard, not sure what your plans are with the big gasket pic, but I got an idea. If you mess with the air/fuel mixture screw, make sure you count the number of turns before removing it. There is a rubber o-ring in there that needs re-placed, but that is your call if you want to mess with it, don't seem like you want too. Take pre-caution when removing the pin that holds the float bowl to replace the float screw, you can easily hit the bowl and break it with what your hitting the (drill bit) or w/e to get it out with. Not that I have done it, but almost did. Pay attention to detail to what and how it came apart. Good luck

well after i took the pic, like maybe 10 minutes later, on bulb went out. they always go out if i leave them on in the 500 watt setting, if i have it on 300 watt setting, they dont burn out. anyway, this camera takes nice shots i can say. i'm trying to get better at focusing it. like i said, a tripod is well worth it.
