easy question abt side motor mount

hey I think that my engine is crooked (lower on the driver side) and I'm suspecting my side mount isn't on correctly and is also causing the flooding on right turns... It has both bolts...

is it possible to install the mount is upside-down or is the angle normal? WTF it's been like that a long time and I never paid it any attention until my neighbor saw it and mentioned the angle

whatever as if there weren't other issues that need tending to (nasty carpet, torn back headrest leather, no A/C, dead foglight, melted bumper lights, aaaa!)
