Another stupid question from me!

I noticed some of you guys with custom or different-from-stock corner lights also have matching headlight covers (just the things on the end) and i was wondering how you did it. The stock ones match, but im getting clear ones tomorrow (scheduled delivery for tomorrow anyway) and id like to know how to make it match.

some guys have the jdm corners ...which are the dark tinted ones.... some smoked theirs with paint...

are you asking how to make some trim pieces for the grill and flip ups that will be clear like the corners? i was going to make some out of some patterned plastic that i got from work, off a florecent light cover. you can also tint them if you like. there's this stuff made by VHT called night shades that you are basicly painting on a tint. i am probley going to try and make some clear trim pieces to match my corners though.

I don't know how well clear flipup covers would look. I think you'd be better off leaving them stock or painting them a different solid color.

err yea, i meant a solid color, the stock ones i dont think will look right tho, i dunno ill have to see how they look when i install them this weekend.

I say you smoke yor new corners, or something. I said screw it and painted all mine black back in the day, it looked sexy too.




Then I ordered a terribly expensive conversion kit, it converted my front to the JDM staionary headlights, and more aggressive mugen bumper...
