96-00 3dr. Civic rear bumper on Aerodeck?

This might be mostly for the Aerodeck guys. I was looking at the 96-00 civics and they dont look to far off from the Aerodeck. The Civic is 1695mm (66,7inches) wide, which is the excact same as our 3g's. The part that sits under the taillights would have to be removed at least. I dont know if the length of the bumper is big enough from the fender to the back of the bumper though. If it's too short you might be able to cut the bumper a little so it will be more pushed in and wont stick out as far on the back.
Any thoughts on this, anyone tried it already?

    Some random rear bumper pictures:

whoa that hatch is rolling some fat wheels/tires
Yea it looks really close, but I'd say the side look to short and would have to be extented.

Does he have the bumper on the second picture on his accord hatch? Also from a civic 3door? How was the length? (The aerodeck rear bumper is shorter than the hatch rear bumper)

oo sorry i didn't notice the aerodeck thing. yah uhhh it might work with civic bumpers since tegs are wider i believe. it's a matter of gettin specs from the manufacturers, then measuring your accord.

those sides will be way short, i have looked and wondered, and if you see the civic hatches in person, its fairly obvious that they will be too short.
