assembling parts for lowering, some ???

alright, i got rear toks, and front Konis are coming whenever i get around to ordering them. im thinking about H&R springs, but im curious to know:

1) are there any 2 inch drop springs that i can run with the rear toks without to many issues? Im mainly looking for in the back, because i hate the gap that is still there with a 1.5inch drop.

2) if i go 1.5 with the H&R's do i need a camber kit and/or prelude control arms?

i want a nice ride, better handling, and something that will look good with the teg fat-5s that i have to put on there.

I know you really don't need to put on a camber kit unless you go lower than 1.5". I'm not sure about the first question.
