    Infinity Set-up

    DOES ANYBODY HERE PICS OF MOUNTED INFINITY KAPPAS 6 1/2 SET UP? I PURCHASED A SET AND THEY DO NOT FIT..I MIGHT SELL THEM!! FACK!! I WANT THOSE!!!

    cut the rear of the baskets out if you want them up front... get a bit more specific

    I TOOK OUT THE BASKET.. AND IT WAS STILL A TOUGH FIT!!! I JUST DON'T WANT ANYBODY TO KNOW I HAVE THE INFINITY SPEAKERS!! SO I DECIDED TO SELL THEM!!! EVEN IF I WERE TO INSTALL THEM!! THE ORIGINAL SPEAKER COVER OF THE CAR WOULD NOT FIT, SO I WOULD BE FORCED TO USE THE INFINITY ONE!!! ME SAD ! I REALLY WANTED THOSE!! I BOUGHT THE EXACT ONES SHOWN ON MY FIRST POST!

    I put some alpine component speakers in a few weeks ago and cut the rear of the basket in the door but the window still caught the magnet so I made some spacers out of plywood and the original speaker covers still go on and it looks nice and factory with no clearance problems for the speakers or the window.

    IT'S SOUNDS BETTER NOW!! I WAS GETTING USED TO THE CONSTANT SOUND OF A BLOWN SPEAKER!!! ALL I DID WAS CUT THE END OF THE BASKET, AND I BENT A PIECE OF THE INSIDE OF THE DOOR PANEL!!! SO I STILL HAVE THE ORIGINAL COVER!!! HEY AREO I WOULD LIKE TO SEE HOW THEY LOOK!! JUST A BIT CURIOUS!! NICE LOOKING ENGINE AVATAR! I WILL TRY TO POST PICS THIS WEEKEND!!!

    Good shit! I took the mesh out, ripped the cloth off it, sprayed it with bumper chrome, then put it back!! It looks phat w/ my blue interior!!@#
