    B16a mani pics

this should clear up the confusion about whats req'd to make this work...

/\ in this pic you can see that the stock fuel rail has 4 nuts holding it down and the mani has holes for 3,THE STOCK RAIL WILL NOT WORK! MUST USE 2ND GEN TEG

/\ this shows how many holes line up to start with. The 5th "port" is the water jack everyone refers to

/\ The black dots are the locations for the new holes. Im not concerned with the one on top of the water jack

this project so far hasnt cost over $200 Check ebay

that's the same mani i have, except i didn't get the polished one. i have considered doing the ITB from a b16 though, it is quite tempting...

So Hondamanlxi, what did you do with the iacv since you don't have it connected to the manifold??? When I did my b16 mani. swap I connected it to the rear and it functions like stock....

OK, I see what you're doing now.... No water lines connected to it also... I might have to hook mine up like that... I wonder why it hasn't thrown you a code because I always thought that the iacv got some type of temperature reading from the water lines to let the ECU know when the car is at normal operating temperature....

there is a little plunger in there that you can extend if you want (gives ecu illusion of running temp), but i didnt mess with mine

OK, well as long as I know that you didn't have to make any adjustments to it to fool the ECU and the car runs fine then I'll try it because that just cuts out one more component that the water has to flow to.....

Let us know how you like it when you take it out on the streets..... I know when I finally got everything tuned right the car pulled like crazy through redline but that could also contribute to the new cam I have in there as well.....
