offset Q???

Alright i am about to get some rims but they are 15 by 6.5 with a 38mm offset and in the frequently asked question section it says dont go below a 40mm offset? It also says only use 205/50/15s with 15s but i was thinking about getting 195/15/15s is that ok? Would these rims be ok on my accord? THANKS!!!

I ran 14x6s with a 35mm offset and 15x6's with a 35mm offset on my 1.5 inch lowered Accord and got by just fine without any rubbing. I think you will be ok. As for tires you can easily use 205/50r15 or 195/55r15.
