NOOOOOOOOOO!!!! My DC Sports header is starting to see surface rustI can clean the rust off and get them down to bare metal. Does anyone have any good suggestions for a coating that will keep them looking good and safe from rust? If I can find a place that will ceramic coat them again, that would be my first choice. Anyway, any suggestions are greatly appreciated!

The only real way is to use a brass brush to remove the surface rust and then recoat with ceramic high temp. This is the only way you can keep it lasting and looking good, Its a pain in the rear end but worth it to save the DC. (except not to drive it during the winter months.)NOOOOOOOOOO!!!! ive had my dc header on for about 2-3 years and the only place its rusting is under the car of course, but i guess thats normal...inside the engine though it still looks great
