Question Found a B20 (well a complete car) Do I have to go efi or is there a carb that fits?

Is there any way of putting the B20 out of a 1988 accord into my 89 AERODECK without converting to EFI or putting 40's-45 dcoes on?
I may buy the car anyway 130,000miles with 5speed efi.
I dont have the time to rip out my wiring loom (dont want to anyway) and was wandering if the A20 intake manifold will work.

I really dont want to have to get a intake maniforld made.
Is there a carb manifold that will bolt onto the B20 and work.

Use the weber carbs for the B20A. The stock carbs will kill it, but yes you should be able to do it.

I have a couple of 38dgas off my other car so if the A20 inlet would fit that would make that really cheap. I would just need the carb adapter.
Its all weither the A20 inlet manifold will fit the B20 and if there is enough room between the engine and the firewall for it.

Sorry forgot to put the car is complete but needing exhaust downpipe and a top rear ball joint but is a 4door saloon (they never fitted the B20 to the AERODECK in the UK)

I remember Carotman saying that the A20A manifolds fit the B20A. Also, another alternative is the carbed b18a engine and using their manifold. Either way jump on it!! I call dibs on tail lights or some piece of lighting!!

That's right. The A20A intake manifold WILL fit on the B20A with no modifications.

I checked the part numbers for the EFI engines and the A20A and B20A intake is the same.

The only problem you might encounter is the firewall clearance.

I don't recomment using the stock carb tough.

However, if you use a webber carb, that would work fine. (like the DGEV series)

    AERODECKUK

Does it have the pictures for the heater controls?

If it does I'll buy them off you. What year is it?

Oh, it doesn't happen to have dual piston caipers does it?
