How long do you plan to keep your 3g?

As far as im concerned im never gonna sell the car, if anything it will be a project car next year. Ive had it since Feb. 99 i even still have the original ad for it in autotrader! This sounds odd, but id like to completely restore it so everything looks nice and clean. Ill keep it more for sentimental value and drive it whenever i get the urge to. I plan to paint it silver with some black accents here and there, like a 2 tone color effect.

Till something that will break and cost too much to fix.

I've seen this car's day when it came out the dealership (i work there now too!) and I plann to run it to its death. Dad being 1st owner owns.

This is my first car, I highly doubt I'll ever be getting rid of my car. When I have my car collection, this DX is going to have it's own air conditioned garage in about 40 years.

That's got to be the cleanest living DX I've ever seen.

Wow, that's absolutely amazing-that car does not look like it's 20 years old!

I plan to keep mine as long as possible especially since im going through the trouble to re-undercoat the bottom and basically in the end it will be a complete restoration. Im definately taking out a nice insurance policy to cover atleast all the parts in the car.

    I like that responce.
I'll keep it until I destroy it. Plan on getting an S2000 within a year, and make the accord more of a track car.

Forever or till its a right off. No point in ever trying to sell it just to get alittle of what I got in it back.

considering this car is so easy to work on, i'll probley never get rid of it. i really cant see myself mainly driving another car. and if the car dies, like is smushed up in an accident or something non-repairable, i'll have it cremated. lol. or turn it into a bed or something ridculous. nah, i dont think i'll be gettin rid of it. with 112000 miles, its not even broken in yet, so it's gonna be a while before it dies.
Keep it HONDA. Or at least Asian.™
