damn you and your teasing! lol. but it looks pretty good. standing back from the computer screen it looks clearer. not bad. so how close are you from being done? weeks, months? i'd expect your taking your time and not being able to get it all at once. that would be nice to be able to work on this more often for most people. so how does that hood fit? nice or did it take a lot to get it to sit right.
Keep it HONDA. Or at least Asian.™

B18C swap ditched, A20 to be revived
Looking for K20/trans for ultimate swap
it's pretty much done, i just had to fix some imperfections and rust from sanding through to the metal. other than that, i'm gonna prime it and it's off to the painter.
the hood didn't really fit right. i had to sand/grind off parts of it where the headlights flip up cus of some rubbing. the latch was too short and i had to remove the rubber stripping on the front support and twist down the rubber strikes as far as they go so the hood closes down further. i also had to unbolt the hood latch assembly and raised it up a bit then tightened it down. took me a good 15-20 mins to get it right. it was a pain. but it looks good nonetheless and you can notice the weight difference from stock when you step on the gas.

while some say the a20a3 is good at handling boost, the problem is in the head. it is a 12 valve configuration with 2 small intake valves and one mid size exhaust valve in each cylinder. the flow is quite restrictive for turbo even with a b16a2 (or edelbrock) manifold. DOHC is the way to go when it comes to turboing. that's why jdm b20a would be the logical choice IMO or a b-series swap.Originally Posted by 86LXItooFAST4me

hopefully if i get money from shows and sponsorships i can get my dream engine. a bullet proof b20a with a massive turbo. this one is pushing 24 psi and is water/methanol injected. it pushes about 470 hp.
