car wont start y

I got in my car in the morning and started fine then back up on the way to school and drove it for 2 miles before it got on the road and then the car cut of when i release the clutch and try to start it again but then it wouldn't start again so i waited for a while before trying again and it still didn't start.
this isa 89 fi se-i maual accord what could be wrong it still does not start

fuel pump relay? does your car have power? Do you hear the pump prime?

what all is it doing ?? by the way you said it sounds to me like it can be the clutch ...

yo i live in belmont do u think u could come lokk at me and anyways if it was the clutch it woudl still start up and not move it aont crank up it just turns over

Fuel delivery problem, I'd check the main relay like hondamanlxi said.
Either that or you're pump died or the filter plugged

Could always be a starter problem. Try push-starting your car.

Is the starter turning? Did you check the timing belt? You can pop off the distributor cap, and while someone is trying to start it see if the rotor spins.

could be the relay under the dash.. hatchback_racer had that problem. it is the main relay, behind the fuse box

I had somewhat of a similiar problem recently with 88 LX-i. Found out the rotor button was bad. Remember the basics-- two things you must have in order for a combustion motor to run-fuel and fire. Check that you have fuel going to the fuel rail, check that you have fire coming out of the coil and also coming out of the distributer. See what happens there and post your results.
