Front end alignment

Can the caster on a 1987 accord be adjusted using the lower radius arm as shown in my Haynes manual. The manual says 86-89 accords have adjustable caster. The shop says no but could not find a kit in their catalog for caster. I am going to show the mechanic the lower arm myself but do not want to look like an idiot if I am wrong. Thanks

You're right. Just loosen the two nuts behind the front cross member and the one on the front then make the adjustments and tighen everything back down. Unfortunately the 1990 and newer cars lost this adjustment. Why are you interested in the caster? Does the steering pull or are you trying to increase or decrease the steering effort?

Car pulls to right. Alingment specs from shop confirm this but they claim it can't be changed. Thanks
