Thanx guys.
Carbon Fiber:
Well as MSI said it is easy I just got a sheat of Carbon Fiber stuff and applied it. Cost me about $16 for a sheet.
Lighting:
I have no idea yet, I just realized that I need to do something about the back lighting because its shining through and you can see the other lettering/numbering. So what I'm thinking is to disconect the back lighting and get a nice bright Neon or something and replace those two LEDs on top. As for the needles I got a spray paint that looks close to the color of the lettering. I need to repaint them though because I left some finger prints(had to put them on wet because I had to go to work).
MSI it looks like you got your scans some where else already, plus I dont have the stock guage scans
Also I will post a pic of what the guage looks like in the car(I love my new Digi cam, you can take pics anytime)

The lil blue clear strip that changes the color of the stock orange or yellow looking lights makes the guage faces green, I put a battery operated white tube bulb behind that and the guage's glow blue at night, but I just need to find a way to get it to run on my 12V system and a way to mount it, if not I'm gonna have my x boss's wife print these out on lazer paper with some killer ink that will glow with a black light, and I'll install a flush bulb inside of that area, and I'll have my needles painted with the same stuff. I'll make a how to once I can get a small 6" Bulb.
