My New Color?? (56K, well uh...no)

Ok, I was at school yesterday, and on Tuesdays and Thursdays we have "PM Classes", where we stay over like 3 hours. Anyway, I was bored, so I went to DuPont's mixing site, and looked up the ratios for my OEM color. I went and mixed up one quart, and decided I'd get creative, and I substituted the gold metallic that goes in my paint for an equal amount of silver pearl. I mixed that and thought I liked it, so I took off my new hood and gave it a good sanding, sealing, and three coats of Granada Black w/Silver Pearl, followed by two light and two medium coats of clear. Here is a before pic and three afters, look mainly at the hood, and tell me if it's a go, or no-go.
(asking because car is gonna get resprayed soon, and I'm deciding on some sort of black color)

EDIT: Here are the pics, sorry.

    Before:

    After: (sorry for HUGE pics...)

^^I custom mixed in some silver pearl instead of the gold flakes normally used in my OEM color, thus making this the only color like this, until I mix some more.

Hoping to paint the car next week, followed by a drop, then back with the 17's, should look mean, will be mean in a few more months hold on, allergies, [sneeze]H22[/sneeze], there, feel better, but like I was sayin, she's almots done appearance wise, but a lip kit may be goin on a lil farther down the road, once again, thanks guys.
