mods to fit a dc sports strut bar for carb?

I have not seen a single picture of a DC Sport Front Strut on a carb (DX/LX). Is this safely possible? There are threads discussing weber conversions, but no one posted a picture on the thread, car domain, etc. If it's possible, please post a picture. I'd like to get one, but only if I can show my mechanic it can be done.

Added: Oh, and I forgot to add, I am talking about the A20A1 iron block.

    Thanks in advance.

The air filter box is in the way. If you can remove that box and still find a way to use an air filter, you can use the strut bar.

even without the air box, the straight across strut bars still hit the carb. no way of doing this, get some dcoes then you can get a bar and a still have a carb.
