Only way you'll get them that cheap is used. Check ebay. Some will pop up for sale in the marketplace section as well.
No projects. Life consumes my time and money.
some websites have them for cheap like wheel max.
If you looking to pick them up locally try pep-boys, you will probably have to spend a bit over $500 for 17s though, you might be able to get 16s or 15s for that if they are having a good sale.

Be carefull what you pick up though, the heavier/bigger the wheel, the harder it is to turn them. You may find ones at the price you are looking for but, watch the weight.
www.wheelmax.com has good deals a little more than 500, I got mine for $499 shipped with tires last fall.
well i was checking out that wheel max website and i found some really affordable rims that i like i love the package deal but my only worry is the quality of the tires dows anyone know what those are like?

when i got my wheels for my beretta from there, they mounted Nankang NS1s... im very pleased with the wear and wet and dry grip from them. They even saw a slight bit of snow and did fine too.
yea I doubt you can get 17" that cheap, maybe 15". But damn I wish I could get tires that cheap.
I'm your local R&D nut. Fabracting, welding, tuning and breaking my stuff so you don't have to.
Mine came with Kumho Ecsta 111, extremely good tires. They've kept up with my racing for almost a year and a half now! Wheelmax is a great deal....I highly reccomend them!
