When I'm accelerating or even just coasting under 40kmh the speedometer "shakes" within a 5-6kmh range, its bouncy until 40, when its perfect, just started doing this the other day (more than it did before, it was fairly rare before) when the car started idling funny
This can sometimes indicate a sticky speedometer cable. You could try removing the cable, pulling it out of it's casing, and putting a thin film of grease on it.
Mine does same thing at low speeds. I will try the grease.
Greese fixed mine when it was doing that.
heh, really a lot of older cars will do that. mine does, but i dont really worry about it. maybe i'll have to try greasing the cable on mine if i get around to it. i think it does it more so in colder weather.
Keep it HONDA. Or at least Asian.™
